Procedure

Phase Au2014Mix water and Biomethics emulsifier together until an even milk develops. Add remaining phase A ingredients together under moderate agitation until homogenous. Phase Bu2014Mix phase B ingredients together under moderate agitation until homogenous. Add phase B into phase A and under agitation (1,000-1,200 rpm) for 15 minutes. Homogenize (6,000 rpm) the mixture (phase A + phase B) for 5 minutes. Phase Cu2014Add phase C into the mixture (phase A + phase B) and homogenize (6,000 rpm) for 2 to 3 minutes. *Preservative system can be modified upon customeru2019s request. Note: Sufficient preservative systems need to be used. We do not guarantee microbiological stability.
